Had a king room with a cool terrace and we totally loved chilling there with a view! 😎.

I booked a room with a very comfy bed, central heating, television, and a mini bar fridge. It was comfy and had a pleasant view of the Polish mountains. The location was marvellous - just a walk down to everywhere I wanted to go.

We would not hesitate to return there, appreciated it. Fairly clean hotel, fine breakfast, the location is FAVOURABLE not far from Terma Bania and other attractions and ski lifts.

The convenient location near the old town and the fairly spacious room with a terrace made for a pleasant 7-night stay.

The hotel's location near the Caucasus mountains 🏔️ was great, and having the terma Bania close by was a plus. the staff here was really friendly and polite, making the stay enjoyable.

Enjoyed the free billiards, trampoline, and outdoor pool. The garden with barbecue facilities was a nice touch.

Loved the feeling of sharing a balcony with the neighbors, it really made me feel connected to the community.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is that the staff could have been a bit more attentive and helpful. Sometimes it felt like they were too busy or didn't have enough knowledge to assist us with our needs.

The location is perfect for skiing, with a room to store equipment. the view from the room is amazing, allowing us to check the slopes and weather. the bed is incredibly comfortable and there is ample space for two people's clothing. the breakfast offers a great variety of traditional Polish food.

Felt like family, no reason to complain.

We loved staying here. The hotel had the best aspects in terms of cleanliness, helpful staff, great location by the mountains and superb parking facilities. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide array of options and got to exercise in the hotel facilities. The hotel also provided free and fast wifi throughout the building, which was impressive.

We spent our Christmas holidays in a mountain hotel and we absolutely loved it! the location was perfect, right next to the ski slopes and the thermal spa. We enjoyed waking up in the morning and having a view of the beautiful mountains from our window. the breakfast was one of the best aspects of the hotel, with plenty of choices from traditional Polish cuisine to European dishes. We also had a lot of fun at the well-equipped playground.

The hotel had a fast wifi throughout the building, which was perfect for my work during my business trip. The room had a great view of the surrounding, which was perfect to relax after work. The location was also excellent and convenient for my daily commute to my work destination. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made my stay comfortable.

Sadly, the service was not up to the standard. The breakfast was subpar and lacked variety.
